At Rusty, we want you to be completely satisfied with your purchase. If your new fashion items aren't the perfect fit, you can return them within 30 days of delivery for a full refund or exchange.

Return Process

  Initiate Your Return

  Visit our online returns portal and enter your order number and email address to select the items you wish to send back.

  Package Your Items

  Place the unwashed and unworn items with original tags attached into their original packaging or a secure mailing bag.

• 3.
  Attach the Label

  Print the prepaid shipping label provided via the portal and securely affix it to the outside of your return package.

• 4.
  Drop Off and Track

  Drop your package at any authorized courier location and keep your tracking receipt until your refund has been processed.
